Please\u00a0join us for the latest in a series of events<\/span> organized by the HSHA<\/span>,\u00a0to bring\u00a0together neighborhood authors<\/span> and artists with their neighbors. On Sunday, February 12<\/span><\/span>, the Board is delighted to present one of its own – neighbor\/board member\/author<\/span> Anthony Flint, a resident of Walnut Street and\u00a0a fellow at the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy\u00a0(www.lincolninst.edu<\/a>). Anthony\u00a0has been a\u00a0journalist\u00a0most of his professional career, primarily at The Boston Globe<\/em>, and continues to write for The Atlantic’s CityLab (http:\/\/www.citylab.com\/authors<\/span>\/anthony-flint\/<\/a>)\u00a0and other publications.
\nHe will discuss\u00a0his book\u00a0Modern Man: The Life of LeCorbusier, Architect of\u00a0Tomorrow<\/em>\u00a0(New Harvest, 2014). LeCorbusier was a pioneer of 20th century modernism, and while much criticized, left a legacy of solutions for housing the many millions of people moving to cities.<\/p>\n

When:<\/strong> \u00a0Sunday, February 12<\/span><\/span>,\u00a0\u00a0join us at\u00a04:15pm<\/span><\/span>\u00a0for Anthony\u2019s presentation, followed by a reception\u00a0of wine, cheese, and sweets.
